As a fully qualified trainer and assessor, Rachelle has been teaching first aid for many years. Qualified to teach a number of nationally recognized qualifications, including an advanced first aid course with a motorcycling slant, focusing on the particular types of injuries found in motorsport. 

Both the best course you could do to save a life someday, and one that most employers appreciate you having, this CPR course provides you with the understanding and skill to assist in saving the life of any person until advanced help arrives. A basic level first aid course, this unit is the minimum standard for

 any student completing work placement, as well as to be recognized as a workplace first aider. This course provides understanding on the initial recognition and management of sprains, strains, fractures, bites/stings and wound cleaning.

This is a great step up to completing an advanced first aid course.

Commonly called a level 3 first aid certificate. the advance first aid course provides a greater level of understanding and skills to recognise and manage a casualty with greater health concerns than a basic first aid course could do. 

This qualification is the 'gold standard' in the workplace short of completing a tertiary qualification.

While you learn in HLTAID014 how to recognize a casualty with breathing difficulty, or even not breathing, and provide breathing support to them in the most appropriate way using oxygen therapy equipment.

Wit the prevalence of severe allergies in our society, it is more important than ever to understand how to support someone having an allergic reaction to administer their adrenaline auto-injector. this course teaches you how to recognize a person having an anaphylactic reaction and what to do when you do.
